WICKER PARK VICTORIAN

Originally built in 1879, this Landmarked home was a gut renovation and addition. Built in 1879 in the Second Empire style, this home has a commanding presence on four city lots. Years of neglect led to tremendous deterioration. This set the stage for careful restoration or replacement of masonry, windows, doors, cornices, roofs, dormers and decorative ironwork. With Landmark status, the exterior was meticulously restored with new windows a newly replicated cornices and slate shingles. The dormers and porch stairs were completely reconstructed.

Landscape architecture by Culliton Quinn. In collaboration with Rainone Design Group and a kitchen meticulously crafted by O'Brien Harris ; Photography by Jamie Padgett.
